We try and make our service as seamless as possible for you.

Advise

  • Call us or come into our showroom with your requirements. We can advise you over the phone if it is a straightforward enquiry but if you would like to meet with one of our Advisors, we will arrange an appointment at your convenience.
  • For new products and installation, we would recommend an appointment as it will allow us to give you an accurate quote. Please be assured that a visit won’t take any longer than required.

Approve

  • We will send you a quote within a week but if it is urgent we will prioritise it.
  • We do not believe in hard-sell so we will not be troubling you with calls. We will wait to hear from you with your decision or any questions you may have.
  • If you give us the go-ahead, a Surveyor will visit to take manufacturing sizes and confirm accuracy of your order.

Install

  • We will process your order and once products are ready, we will arrange an installation date. This should usually be within 4-6 weeks. If it is of an urgent nature, we will strive to get your installation done ASAP.
  • Once we have installed your products, we will phone you to ensure you are happy with everything. We will remind you of the guarantee and answer any questions you may have.

Finally, we will post or email (your preference) the Guarantee, Invoice, Maintenance Manual, Complaints Policy and ask you for a reference if you are happy to give one, good or bad!

So in a few simple steps, you could be the proud owner of brand new doors and windows!
